Hello, and welcome to my little slice of the internet. I am a Texas based Certified Life and Health Coach, currently studying Advanced Wellness as part of my continuing education. I love coaching, exploring the great outdoors, technology in all it's forms, acquiring new knowledge, sharing that knowledge and helping others be their best.I get up everyday in a positive mood, and treat it like a new adventure full of unlimited possibilities.
